An Hour Meeting

Had to get up a little early for a one hour work meeting today, they use MS Teams and my audio wouldn't work so I had to use phone audio and watch on my computer screen. Holding a phone to my ear for a full hour wasn't fun. Looks like they're going to have these meetings once a month so I'll have to see if I can sort out the audio. At least I'll get off work an hour early this evening

They sure like to make you jump through hoops just to be allowed to do your work. Stupid shit like that could be accomplished by sending everyone a memo.

My folks put conference calls and consultations and shit on speakerphone nowadays, so they don't have to hold phones to their ears.

My wife and I use speakerphone almost always. The caller gets a warning first, even if its the kids or grandkids.
