That might be good if it was a savory cookie rather than sweet. It's simulated "ketchup" flavour on those potato chips. (I actually like them, though I don't eat chemical crap like that anymore. It was always my favourite potato chips, ketchup chips, especially brands that were caked in it lol)

P.S. My sister makes a savory cookie using that "Imperial" cheddar cheese in the little red plastic containers

Here's a picture of the packaging (still looking for one with the lid off). It's not so much a "cheese spread" but pasty, crumbly, sharp aged cheddar.

Anyway, I got the recipe from an elderly lady I used to do computer work for. She served them to me and they were out of this world. My sister then started making them, even better. She has a knack for adjusting recipes like that. They have sharp cheddar and a bit of cayenne pepper. Salty, sharp and spicy.

I could see ketchup chips in a cookie like that.

That sounds good. Sharp cheddar cheese is one of the few I can eat (in moderation) without regretting it later. The other one is Swiss cheese, but I never liked the taste of Swiss cheese.

I found this:

Swiss cheese has both a sweet and bitter taste. I like it on some kinds of sandwiches, but not all. Thinly sliced.
