Friend brought this W10 computer over to me last night. I built it for her teenage son about 5 or 6 years ago.
I told her to get the kid to email me with a description of the problem:

There's always a showstopper that gets them to call a technician, and when you see, it's always the least of their problems. Like (finally), "I can't print!"
