It's about an hour south of where I am now.

I don't think that's a good idea, it will just cause confusion as speedometers are in miles. By all means switch the whole country after a long announced date (to make sure cars have both "American" and metric), but not individual highways. Either that or forget about speeding tickets on these highways

(Of course Donald Rump would have to exert himself here, like an angry, protruding, pus filled carbuncle, though)
