Friend brought this W10 computer over to me last night. I built it for her teenage son about 5 or 6 years ago.
I told her to get the kid to email me with a description of the problem:

"it stops on the home screen IDK why"

That's a lot of dust, or mud lol!

There's always a showstopper that gets them to call a technician, and when you see, it's always the least of their problems. Like (finally), "I can't print!"

Back in the Windows 95 days, people used to say "Windows isn't done, until Netscape won't run".
